VP of Product

📋 Description

• Lead development of new AI-driven products for clinical trials.
• Translate vision into a concrete product roadmap with cross-functional collaboration.
• Build and manage a product team across Product, Eng, Data Science, Biostatistics, and Clinical
• Set strategy and turn concepts into tangible, value-delivering solutions.
• Partner with leadership and key customers to shape product direction.
• Drive data-driven decisions and ensure alignment with regulatory and commercial needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management with VP or Senior Director level leadership.
• Direct experience building AI- or data-platform-driven products in Biotech/Pharma/Life Sciences or
• Proven ownership of net-new offerings from concept to market.
• Strong ability to discuss clinical trial design, regulatory strategy, and competitive dynamics with
• Comfort collaborating across Engineering, Data Science, Biostatistics/Clinical Science, and
• Experience in early-stage transformations or new initiatives with unclear scope.
