Staff Engineer, MSK Verticals

📋 Description

• Lead the development of MSK programs from concept to scalable offering.
• Extend and harden shared services powering programs.
• Collaborate with Product and partner teams to ship end-to-end care.
• Build greenfield features for new programs (e.g., migraine).
• Improve reliability, performance, and quality as usage grows.
• Design within existing services (NestJS backend, React Native, PostgreSQL).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship software experience.
• 2+ years TypeScript/JavaScript across stack (Node.js/NestJS; React/React Native).
• 2+ years cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization.
• 2+ years relational DBs (PostgreSQL), distributed systems, microservices.
• 2+ years mentoring or leading engineers across cross-functional teams.
