📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with law firms and in-house teams and guide how Harvey’s AI fits their
• Lead onboarding sessions, training, and enablement to drive adoption of Harvey’s platform.
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Execs to identify expansion and support renewals.
• Surface adoption obstacles and implement strategies to overcome them.
• Translate legal needs into actionable product feedback for engineering and product teams.
• Monitor usage trends and re-engage at‑risk accounts and identify new opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Toronto and eligible to work in Toronto.
• Toronto practising certificate or equivalent with 3+ years as a qualified lawyer at a top-tier firm.
• Executive engagement skills and credibility with decision makers.
• Strong presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Understanding of legal processes and challenges in the profession.
• Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform the legal industry.
