📋 Description

• Develop and optimize NGS-based methods and processes in a regulated high-throughput environment.
• Operate and maintain NGS instruments and automated liquid handling systems.
• Transfer complex methodologies to Operations, QC, Manufacturing, and Regulatory teams.
• Record results in ELNs, write study protocols, and ensure cGLP/cGDP documentation.
• Collaborate with Scientists, Automation Engineers, and Computational Biologists to improve
• Contribute to the development of genomic assay technologies for multiomic diagnostics.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in molecular biology/biochemistry or related field with 4+ years (or Master’s in related
• Hands-on NGS assay development experience: extraction, library prep, target capture, sequencing.
• Familiarity with molecular biology workflows, sample prep, and NGS library prep.
• Experience designing experiments, data interpretation, and presenting results.
• Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting, and meticulous record-keeping.
• Ability to pipette with high accuracy and communicate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
