📋 Description

• Coordinate and support agency workers across shifts
• Check in/out staff and ensure PPE compliance
• Be main contact for workers; resolve queries with stakeholders
• Communicate with Account Manager, client, and Shift Manager
• Monitor staffing levels and report shortages promptly
• Assist onboarding and training of new starters
