• Detail-oriented with high accuracy on large data volumes.
• Excel or Google Sheets proficiency (data cleaning, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Familiarity with CRM or POS/back-office SaaS tools.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
