- Build and maintain relationships with DDx customers during implementation
- Provide hands-on technical implementation support with customer IT
- Manage project tasks, track schedules, and communicate risks
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deployment
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in client-facing SaaS implementation roles
- Strong analytical skills and operating rigor
- Experience handling difficult customers and resolutions
- Ability to learn quickly about our business and products
- Familiarity with HL7 interfaces and LIS (Epic Beaker, Novopath, Cerner Millenium) preferred
- Travel <20%
