Vendor Manager, Operational Vendor Support

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end management and performance of third-party vendors delivering operational services.
• Structure trade-offs, resolve complex problems using data inputs and frameworks.
• Interface with Legal, Sourcing, and Finance on contractual obligations and vendor processes.
• Lead vendor management projects or programs with manageable risk.
• Mentor others and share best practices in vendor management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve vendor performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in vendor management, claims adjusting, or outsourcing management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale operational vendors with executive-facing relationships.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets, SQL, BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI).
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management abilities for senior audiences.
• Deep understanding of SLA frameworks, budgeting, and contract management; know when to escalate.
• Experience in quality management, Lean/Six Sigma, and change management.

• Pay range: $156,000 – $195,000 USD
