📋 Description

• Lead design and development of scalable, high-availability data pipelines supporting
• Drive the execution of your team by leading planning, prioritization, stand-ups, and team retro
• Lead the technical direction through architectural discussions and code reviews
• Collaborate with product managers, senior engineers, and client teams to explore opportunities
• Partner with recruiting to hire a top-notch engineering team
• Manage engineers and their careers with 1:1s and performance reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent highly
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering
• 3+ years of experience managing software developers building customer-facing software
• Track record delivering multiple overlapping projects over months
• Experience implementing engineering processes emphasizing security, availability, scalability and
• Experience managing projects with integrations to third-party solutions / building and supporting
