• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store using the OMNI experience
• Promote and sell products, share fashion trends and store stories.
• Support with garment care, replenishment, and ensure a clean, tidy sales floor and back of house.
• Assist with opening/closing and in-store operations and contribute to overall store success.

• Communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented.
• Experience in sales or customer service in fashion/retail or related industries.
