📋 Description

• Conducts case file review of all programs (Choices NCP, Choices TANF, SNAP, TAA, WIOA Adult/
• Manages surveillance of workforce activities and uses statistical sampling, audit, and observation
• Assists with creating and updating standard operating procedures
• Performs monthly center Personal Identifiable Information checks to monitor compliance with
• Provides policy clarification and technical support to center staff
• Helps with financial audits to include support services and worksite agreement contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Equivalent combination of acceptable related experience and/or training may be substituted for two
• Minimum three years' experience in Quality and Project Management as well as conducting quality
• Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods, and techniques of Quality Management
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to design and deliver presentations/programs
