📋 Description

• Define and drive the UX strategy for Sightline Cyber Defense
• Lead end-to-end design from research to high-fidelity visuals
• Design authentication and challenge experiences balancing security
• Build data visualization and dashboards for security teams
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering for feasible, high-quality implementation
• Establish a scalable design system across HUMAN products

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise UX/UI design
• Portfolio with data-heavy dashboards and complex journeys
• User research, usability testing, accessibility expertise
• Experience with Agentic AI and modern tech
• Translate complex concepts into intuitive UX
• Strategic, design-led collaboration with leadership
