Senior Insider Risk Specialist

📋 Description

• Partner with DLP Engineering to align DLP with governance and risk tolerance.
• Review and approve DLP exception requests; assess residual risk.
• Collaborate with business units to strengthen DLP coverage.
• Develop insider risk detection use cases, dashboards, reporting (DLP/SIEM/UEBA).
• Support investigations with DLP expertise and analysis.
• Develop metrics and reporting for Insider Risk and DLP programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in data loss prevention, insider risk, cybersecurity.
• Experience with DLP technologies and SIEM/UEBA.
• Knowledge of insider risk, data protection, governance and risk practices.
• Experience evaluating business risk and governance of controls, policy reviews, exceptions.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau, or similar.
