📋 Description

• Lead data platform, pipelines, semantic layer, and domain analysts to turn raw data into decisions.
• Own Snowflake architecture, ingestion pipelines, and data reliability SLAs across all business
• Build a self-service analytics environment with certified data for business teams.
• Drive data governance, data catalogs, and metric definitions for KPIs like ARR, NRR, churn, and
• Partner with Engineering to maintain data contracts with source systems and warehouses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CS, Sales, GTM, Finance, and Engineering to enable data-driven

🎯 Requirements

• Must-have: 12+ years in data, analytics, or data engineering; 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary
• Experience building or standardizing a data platform across multiple functions in a SaaS
• Hands-on fluency with Snowflake, dbt, a pipeline orchestration tool (Fivetran, Airflow, or
• Experience owning a semantic layer and aligning on KPI definitions (ARR, NRR, churn) with
• Knowledge of data governance: cataloging, lineage, access controls, and data quality frameworks.
• Ability to translate data platform capabilities into outcomes for non-technical leaders in CS
