📋 Description

• Lead AI direction for HotDocs, architect AI capabilities, and drive AI across the SDLC.
• Deliver enterprise AI features in .NET Core and React at scale with performance and security in
• Champion AI adoption in development workflows, including tooling and safe usage patterns.
• Establish AI governance, observability, guardrails, and trustworthy AI practices.
• Mentor engineers, drive design reviews, and guide architectural decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in professional software development with principal/lead/staff experience.
• Strong .NET Core (C#) and React (TypeScript) skills.
• Experience shipping AI solutions (LLM integration, retrieval, agentic systems).
• Hands-on with cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI/AI Foundry) and orchestration (Semantic Kernel).
• REST APIs, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, Git, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), Jira/Confluence.
• Leadership experience: mentoring, design reviews, roadmap influence.
