Senior Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales)

📋 Description

• Design scalable, performant apps and infrastructure for large software projects using MongoDB
• Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies, communicating business value
• Collaborate with sales to drive account success: discovery, demos, value proofs, sizing, and
• Generate demand through technical initiatives, events, and account-based marketing activities
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members and stay current with MongoDB product suite

🎯 Requirements

• 8-11 years in customer-facing roles; 5-7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software
• 3+ years experience with scripting/programming languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) or languages
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
• Ability to review complex architectures with customers and propose improvements
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience strategizing with sales to drive multi-threaded account plans and coordinating MongoDB
