Senior EMI-EMC Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Implement tailored MIL-STD-461 test methods at on-site EMC facility and remote locations.
• Develop EMI-EMC test procedures and methodology for Vast systems.
• Perform EMI-EMC development and qualification testing on spacecraft and components.
• Measure bonding resistance, shielding effectiveness, magnetic and electric field strength, RF
• Manage test resources via equipment scheduling and calibration processes.
• Explain EMC test purposes to hardware engineers and leaders to connect tests to human-rated

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related STEM.
• 4+ years in EMI/EMC test related role.
• Deep understanding of MIL-STD-461, DO-160, CISPR or similar EMC standards.
