• Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred.
• Experience applying AI/tech to optimize operations.
• Strong vendor management, CRO/CDMO relationships, and governance.
• Financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, resource planning.
• Ability to influence senior R&D leaders and drive change in fast-moving settings.
