📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate logistics for touring unit, guiding staff, cast, crew and administration
• Oversee training, onboarding, performance appraisals and corrective action
• Manage morale, discipline, hiring/firing with HR and corporate teams
• Supervise box office, cash, payroll, financial reports and liaison with building staff
• Coordinate travel, itineraries, site operations, catering and venue relations
• Ensure safety, compliance, and cost control across touring engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in Entertainment Operations/Management; 5+ years touring
• Strong contract, budget, and reporting skills; fluent in English
• Ability to travel internationally; pass background checks
