📋 Description
- Lead Area Managers and Program Directors across assigned programs
- Support recruitment, staff development, retention and leadership growth
- Build relationships with families, partners, referral sources
- Represent Dungarvin in the community and pursue growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with state regs, Medicaid/HCBS standards
- Monitor budgets, expenses and program performance
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
- 5+ years in residential IDD/DD or related programs
- 2+ years of leadership overseeing multiple programs
- Knowledge: person-centered supports, Medicaid/CIH/HCBS, CARF
- Proficiency: Microsoft Office; adaptability to new tech
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
