🎯 Requirements
- Native-level Spanish with LATAM awareness
- Strong Spanish linguistics knowledge
- Ability to evaluate model outputs for errors
- Analytical, structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication and documentation
- Independent remote work, 18+ years old
