📋 Description

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for regional payments across Brazil, Mexico, and the
• Define and drive the full product lifecycle: discovery, PRDs, launch, ramp, and iteration using
• Lead regulatory and compliance workstreams with Legal, Tax, Compliance, and Finance to meet local
• Define requirements for processor and payment-method integrations; partner with Engineering and
• Monitor market changes, regulatory shifts, and emerging payment rails; translate insights into the
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in payments or financial products, owning strategy
• Deep understanding of the payments stack in a marketplace, including payins, payouts, and funds
• Strong checkout and conversion instincts to reduce friction at purchase and improve funnel metrics.
• Hands-on experience with payments fundamentals: authorization/settlement, processors/gateways, card
• Experience with local payment methods and affordability products (wallets, bank transfers, BNPL).
• Familiarity with LATAM payments ecosystem and regional regulatory frameworks.
