📋 Description

• The Instructional Coach partners with district leaders to strengthen literacy instruction through
• Supports implementation of Amplify literacy programs; builds educator capacity and improves
• Tailors coaching strategies to meet district priorities and evolving needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about literacy with deep knowledge of structured literacy
• 5+ years of K-5 or 6-8 ELA teaching experience
• Experience leading coaching and PD for educators in K-5 or 6-8
• Experience analyzing data to inform practice; strong communication skills
• Proficient with Google Workspace; able to travel locally (up to 4 days/week)
