📋 Description

• Lead cafe operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency
• Oversee service flow and beverage/food preparation to high standards
• Support inventory management, ordering, and receiving
• Onboard and train new team members
• Manage cash handling and daily deposits
• Foster hospitable guest experiences and follow company standards

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Blue Bottle Academy Barista training completed or within 90 days post-hire
• Food Safety Certification for your state/role or will obtain within 30 days
• Basic math and computer skills
• Flexible schedule; available mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
