Principal Product Manager - Identity Threat Detection & Response

📋 Description

• Define and own vision, strategy, and roadmap for ITDR in Elastic Security.
• Evolve Entity Analytics and Entity Store for identity-defense outcomes.
• Own roadmap for non-human and AI agent identities in Elastic Security.
• Collaborate with threat researchers, data scientists, and engineers.
• evangelize Elastic identity capabilities to a global security audience.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management or security product delivery.
• Deep knowledge of identity security and ITDR, including AD, cloud identities, SSO, OAuth.
• Fluency with non-human identities (service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents).
• Strong AI/ML fluency and ability to work with data scientists.
• Bias to action, fast iteration, and use of AI tools to accelerate decisions.
• Experience leading across a matrix organization in a remote-first environment.
