📋 Description

• Lead SAP S/4HANA OTC (Order-to-Cash) functional area across order admin, pricing, availability
• Collaborate with business users and IT/integration teams to capture requirements and define
• Configure SAP OTC modules, translate requirements into WRICEF specs, and support design, build
• Drive SAP-to-external system integrations (IDoc, EDI, middleware) and monitor data integrity across
• Provide post go-live support: troubleshoot, perform root-cause analyses, and implement process
• Work with master data, supply chain, and logistics to govern material, customer, and pricing data
