🎯 Requirements

• PhD in machine learning or closely related field, or equivalent depth of research.
• Deep understanding of transformers, attention, language-model training and modern NN architectures.
• Strong publication record or evidence of original research.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, design rigorous experiments and interpret results.
• Strong Python programming with a modern deep-learning framework.
• Hands-on experience training/evaluating ML models at scale.
