- Student status: Enrolled in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Curiosity & learning mindset: Eager to learn modern web tech
- First coding experience: TypeScript and React
- Nice to have: GitHub, CI/CD, or cloud services (not required)
- Team spirit: Collaborative, communicates clearly
