📋 Description
- Diagnostic evaluations: neurodevelopmental assessments incl. autism tools (ADOS‑2, ASRS, CARS).
- Analyze, interpret, and synthesize data into clear diagnostic conclusions.
- Complete progress notes within 24 hours of services.
- Provide clear, compassionate feedback to clients and families after evaluations.
- Communicate findings and next steps to the broader care team.
- Participate in weekly department and team meetings with clinical input.
🎯 Requirements
- Independently licensed clinician in Pennsylvania (e.g., PhD, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Experience with children, adolescents, and families.
- Strong clinical writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care model.
- Comfort managing complex schedules and balancing multiple clinical responsibilities.
- Prior experience conducting neurodevelopmental or autism diagnostic evaluations.
