Child and Adolescent Therapist - Diagnostic Evaluator

📋 Description

• Diagnostic evaluations: neurodevelopmental assessments incl. autism tools (ADOS‑2, ASRS, CARS).
• Analyze, interpret, and synthesize data into clear diagnostic conclusions.
• Complete progress notes within 24 hours of services.
• Provide clear, compassionate feedback to clients and families after evaluations.
• Communicate findings and next steps to the broader care team.
• Participate in weekly department and team meetings with clinical input.

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed clinician in Pennsylvania (e.g., PhD, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong clinical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care model.
• Comfort managing complex schedules and balancing multiple clinical responsibilities.
• Prior experience conducting neurodevelopmental or autism diagnostic evaluations.
