Supervisor, Centralized Services (West Coast)

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators (west coast hours).
• Oversee scheduling, priorit authorizations, financial assistance, and order management.
• Collaborate with ops leaders to measure accountability and execution of core functions.
• Coach for performance, development, and professional growth.
• Provide SME guidance on dispensary operations for clients.
• Develop processes for ongoing dispensary workflows and flexible coverage.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing specialty pharmacy workflow.
• Proven leadership and credibility with teams.
• Experience with change management and collaborating with staff.
• Experience with pharmacy software systems (e.g., QS1, ComputerRx, PioneerRx, WAM).
• Exposure to EMR systems (EPIC, Cerner, NextGen) or specialty systems (Therigy, Asembia1, ScriptMed)
• Data-driven, metrics-based problem solver in fast-paced environment.
