📋 Description

• Act as the primary design voice for your Squad with client partnership
• Lead end-to-end design from discovery to delivery
• Conduct or guide user research and usability testing
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and libraries
• Translate complex problems into simple product experiences
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasible, high-fidelity visions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on product design experience
• Proven success from concept through launch (0-to-1)
• Strong Figma skills and prototyping fluency
• Experience building design systems at scale
• Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing
• Excellent communication and time management
