Senior Data Engineer - Data Platform team (100% Remote within Poland)

📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate scalable data ingestion and processing pipelines across many source
• Lead architectural decisions on the platform and write proposals that get adopted
• Improve reliability, observability, and cost-efficiency of the platform
• Develop infrastructure in close cooperation with Platform engineers
• Collaborate with analytics engineers, analysts and data consumers to improve data contracts and
• Mentor other data engineers through code reviews and design feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience building and operating production data platforms
• Strong Python and SQL skills with testing, CI/CD, and code reviews
• Deep experience with an orchestrator (Airflow)
• Cloud experience (AWS) and cloud data warehouses
• Docker and Kubernetes knowledge
• Design for failure: idempotency, backfills, data quality checks, monitoring
