🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or higher
• Experience with children and age-appropriate activities
• Clear, professional communication with families and staff
• Reliable, responsible, positive attitude
• Time and resource management for smooth program delivery
• Willing to complete fingerprinting, background check, and abuse reporting training
