📋 Description
- Hands-on role bringing BRINC products to life on second shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) with transition to
- Perform precision soldering, troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration to improve
- Assemble components using schematics and written instructions; read or create work instructions.
- Build prototype models and manage cabling, wiring, and splicing as needed.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting and quality assurance on systems and equipment.
- Document assembly processes, testing results and modifications; maintain safety compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- Associate degree in avionics, electronics or equivalent experience; or related background.
- Ability to use hand and power tools; diagnostic tools; read and apply technical manuals.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to work independently; lift up to 49 lbs; stand or sit for
- Preferred: troubleshoot electrical/mechanical repairs; experience with drones and drone systems.
