Operations Lead - Square One Shopping Centre

📋 Description

• Lead store operations and coach teams to profitability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Operations & Visual Manager to initiate, delegate, and give feedback.
• Oversee inventory processes, shrink reduction, and floor replenishment.
• Manage reporting, budgets, expenses, vendor relationships, and facilities in partnership with
• Set and maintain high standards for guest experience and daily operations.
• Lead and develop Operations Associates, including recruitment where applicable.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership with ability to make decisions and drive results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to move dynamically on the sales floor and manage peak shifts and weekend schedules.
• Direct oversight of Operations team and performance, with focus on process improvement.
• Must be able to work during company blackout period and flexible shifts.
