📋 Description
- Lead the engineering org for Transitions of Care with ~50 engineers under 10–11 managers
- Partner with Product Management to define roadmaps and align engineering with business priorities
- Scale AI-powered products and cloud-based platforms
- Drive architecture decisions across Core and Platform Services stacks
- Coach and develop managers, improve leadership capability and talent density
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale initiatives
🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years in progressive software engineering with strong leadership
- Experience leading large engineering orgs across multiple management layers
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Proven ability to partner with product and executives to define strategy
- Experience with software engineering best practices across full SDLC
- Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
