📋 Description
- Independent behavioral health clinician leading the Collaborative Care model.
- Oversees performance and development of Collaborative Care Clinicians.
- Drives evidence-based interventions for pediatric and/or adult populations with mild-mod symptoms.
- Manages clinical and administrative operations within a pod/department.
🎯 Requirements
- Masters in social work, counseling, or related field.
- California independent clinician license (LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
- 5+ years clinical experience; 3+ years lead or supervisory experience.
- Proficiency with EHRs and quick adaptation to new tech.
- Knowledge of PHQ9, GAD7, CSSRS, CoCM, and related tools.
- Ability to provide clinical care to patients in primary care settings (including ages 6+).
