📋 Description

• Lead a Primary Care Regional Sales Team and execute strategy
• Manage promotional budgets to achieve regional sales targets
• Collaborate with Brand, Secondary Care, and cross-functional teams
• Drive multichannel account management and regional business plans
• Analyse regional data and manage AP&S budgets

🎯 Requirements

• Pharma/healthcare sales experience, Primary Care focus
• Experience leading a Primary Care sales team
• Coaching and developing people in Primary Care roles
• Hybrid Primary Care experience advantageous
• ABPI knowledge and degree or degree calibre
• Strong computer skills (spreadsheets/graphics)
