- Seeking a motivated scientist with biologics MSAT focus to lead digital transformation for data
- Support MSAT digital initiatives and partner with local and enterprise teams to develop data systems
- Define KPIs and dashboards; promote reusable data and analytics across biologics MSAT
- Collaborate on data analytics, modeling tools, and predictive analytics for operations
- Work with AI/digital science teams to transform daily operations
- Advocate for work processes and culture essential for digital transformation
🎯 Requirements
- BS+7+ yrs or MS+5+ yrs in related field
- Ability to independently design and interpret critical experiments
- Willingness to learn and master new techniques
- Strong multitasking and meeting timelines
- Scientific writing and verbal communication skills
