Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to define and deliver digital products
• Translate business and user needs into product documentation and requirements
• Contribute to backlog prep and sprint readiness on active engagements
• Assist with customer experience and journey mapping to shape product direction
• Support discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
• Leverage AI to improve research, synthesis, and documentation quality

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in product management, business analysis, or related fields
• Ability to structure information and produce actionable documentation
• Familiarity with user stories, requirements, or process documentation
• Strong communication in English and Chinese; collaborative work style
• Comfort with digital collaboration tools (Miro, Figma, Jira, Confluence)
• Curiosity and drive to learn fast and improve continuously
