📋 Description

• Design multi-step reasoning pipelines and wire them to business systems.
• Develop tool-augmented AI agents with scale, safety, and maintainability.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. English B2 Advanced or C1
• 5+ years of software engineering in production (TypeScript/Node, Go, or Python) with strong API
• Hands-on LLM experience (GPT, Claude, Gemini, or fine-tuned OSS): prompt engineering, function/tool
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): embedding pipelines and semantic search (Pinecone, Weaviate
• Agent orchestration: LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI or equivalent
• ML-/DevOps literacy: containerization, CI/CD, GPU/AI infra, caching, automated evals for
