Job Description
📋 Description
- Own assigned projects from estimate to closeout, ensuring safe, on-schedule, profitable delivery.
- Lead project plans aligned to scope, schedule, and risk; manage contracts and change.
- Direct onsite team to ensure high-quality production and adherence to budgets.
- Manage project financials: budgeting, forecasting, cost reports, and revenue forecasts.
- Serve as main client contact and drive subcontractor accountability.
- Oversee project closeout, lessons learned, and final risk/claim disposition.
🎯 Requirements
- BS in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in heavy civil construction with 5+ years PM experience; supervisory experience.
- Proficient in project controls software (Excel, Microsoft Office/Project, Primavera P6); AutoCAD a
- Strong communication, leadership, and safety-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel to project sites; valid driver’s license.
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.
