📋 Description
- Contributes to research and development of NGS technologies
- Leads projects to design feasibility of diagnostic methods
- Plans and executes complex lab experiments and analyzes data
- Coordinates with statistics and bioinformatics teams
- Communicates progress to colleagues and senior management
🎯 Requirements
- Ph.D. or equivalent in molecular biology, genomics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years industry experience post-Ph.D. or 1 year postdoc
- Hands-on experience with NGS technologies and sample prep
- Experience moving NGS concepts to product development
- Strong research skills and independent scientific judgment
- Proficient in data analysis using Excel, JMP, R, or Python
