📋 Description

• Project redesign of a SuperApp; modernize Android, iOS, and Backend Java.
• Lead technical development of features using AI agents and LLMs.
• Technical leadership of Android, iOS, and Java backend developers.
• Collaborate with business areas and engineering; track technical and business metrics.
• Be available on client site in SP several days per week.

🎯 Requirements

• Agentic AI development; AI knowledge for process optimization.
• Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
• Claude Code, Skills, MCPs knowledge.
• Multidisciplinary team leadership.
• Stakeholder management and solution definition meetings.
• WCAG 2.1 AA standards; strong Java backend; mobile development (Android, iOS) is a plus.
