Senior Product Manager - Operational Journey

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end merchant account lifecycle onboarding and activation
• Balance experience with KYC/AML controls in partnership with Risk & Compliance
• Lead evidence-based discovery and translate findings into PRDs
• Coordinate across Payments, Core Platform, Design, Eng, CS, Risk, Compliance
• Turn regulatory changes into concrete product requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in-domain product management
• Experience in fintech/payments or regulated domains
• Fluency with APIs, data flows, and technical discussion
• KYC/AML or fraud/risk trade-off experience is a plus
• Strong ability to define roadmaps, metrics, and experiments
• Collaborative, with cross-functional communication to senior stakeholders
