📋 Description
- Provide frontline IT support and service desk assistance in a hybrid role
- Deploy hardware and support identity, endpoint management, and IT automation
- Assist with AI tool provisioning and adoption within the organization
- Contribute to in-office setup and desk hardware maintenance in Vancouver or Toronto
🎯 Requirements
- 1 year experience troubleshooting Mac problems
- Experience troubleshooting Windows OS
- Working knowledge of Google Admin and Google Workspace
- Foundational understanding of identity/access concepts (AD, SSO)
- Experience with endpoint management
- Mac-focused asset management or related certification asset
🎁 Benefits

- Canada pay range: CAD 56,100 – CAD 78,700
