📋 Description
- Own day-to-day ops of the dbt Slack community globally
- Collaborate with leaders to evolve channel strategy
- Develop scalable moderation workflows incl Code of Conduct
- Coach and onboard moderators as community grows
- Create content systems: announcements, prompts, storytelling
- Surface insights to Product/Marketing/Support and close loop
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in digital community management
- Experience running day-to-day ops for large online communities
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics
- Experience with moderation workflows and Code of Conduct
- Excellent written communication and facilitation skills
- Experience using community tooling and analytics
