📋 Description
- Lead dbt community engagement and Slack presence for global data practitioners
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen member experience and surface insights
- Develop content systems for announcements, highlights, prompts, and storytelling
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in digital community management or related roles
- Experience running day-to-day ops for large online communities (Slack/Discord/forum)
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and trust-building at scale
- Proven ability to create moderation/workflow processes and enforce Code of Conduct
- Excellent written communication and facilitation; de-escalation skills
- Experience with community tools/analytics (Slack workflows, Common Room, etc.)
