Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Technical owner of merchant relationships from pre‑sales to live integrations.
• Work with enterprise merchants on custom, hand‑built integrations across web, mobile, and in‑store.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope, design, and launch integrations.
• Lead demos, architecture discussions, RFP responses, and solution proposals.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, explaining complex concepts clearly.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in a customer‑facing technical role (solutions engineering, etc.).
• Experience with mobile SDK integrations on iOS/Android and guiding merchant developers.
• Experience with enterprise, multi‑stakeholder integrations and custom tech stacks.
• Hands‑on REST APIs, webhooks, and ability to read API docs critically.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
