📋 Description
- Own technical discovery for prospective merchants: understand their stack and checkout flow
- Lead product demos for merchant engineering and business stakeholders
- Design integration solutions across API, SDKs, and platform plugins
- Write technical proposals, RFPs, and security responses
- Support merchant mobile app integrations: SDKs, in-app checkout, webview handoff
- Validate integrations in sandbox/production before launch
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, etc.)
- Experience with mobile SDKs on iOS/Android and guiding mobile developers
- Enterprise merchant support for complex integrations with custom stacks
- REST APIs, webhooks, and reading API docs
- Frontend basics: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Familiar with Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, Wix
